Cenamos en Eden by Valza y fue, sin duda, una de nuestras experiencias favoritas en Vlore. El rooftop en Uji i Ftohtë tiene unas vistas increíbles de la bahía, especialmente al atardecer. Nos encantó la comida, el ambiente y el servicio, con una deliciosa combinación de marisco, cocina albanesa y mediterránea. Definitivamente, un restaurante que vale la pena visitar en Vlore, incluso si no te alojas en Valza Boutique Hotel.

Uzun zamandır bu kadar lezzetli yemekler yemedim. Michelin Guide’da yer alan 3 restoran deneyimledim, burası 3’ünün de önüne geçer. Özellikle deniz mahsullü risotto ile beef tagliate’yi öneriyorum. Tatlılar konusunda aynı şeyi söyleyemem, onlar standart. Manzara ve lezzet bir araya geldiğinde bence Vlore’de yapılması gerekenler listesinde ilk sırayı alıyor.

Jeśli szukacie kulinarnego raju we Wlorze, to restauracja Eden jest adresem, który musicie odwiedzić! Miałam okazję jeść tu kolację i jestem absolutnie zachwycona. Na przystawkę wjechała klasyczna, świeża sałatka Caprese oraz absolutny sztos – kremowy, genialnie doprawiony Baba ghanoush, który skradł moje serce. Wszystko to w towarzystwie doskonale dobranego, schłodzonego wina. Na deser zamówiłam sernik i to było idealne, słodkie zwieńczenie tego wieczoru – lekki, puszysty i po prostu pyszny. Piękne wnętrze, dbałość o każdy detal i przemiły zespół, który dba o komfort gości od samego wejścia. Eden w Vlorë to miejsce z niesamowitym klimatem i świetną kuchnią.Z czystym sumieniem polecam! 🤍🍽️ Pozdrowienia dla bardzo miłego kelnera :)

Mieliśmy okazję zjeść kolację w restauracji Eden we Vlorze i jesteśmy naprawdę zachwyceni! Przepiękny widok na morze, bardzo przyjemna atmosfera i świetnie podane dania. Na kolację wybraliśmy m.in. polędwicę wołową, która była naprawdę pyszna i bardzo dobrze przygotowana. Do tego świetne lokalne wino oraz albańskie piwo z Gjirokastry. 🍷🍺 Na deser koniecznie trzeba spróbować tiramisu — jedno z lepszych, jakie jedliśmy! 😍 Wszystko było świeże, smaczne i bardzo estetycznie podane. Zdecydowanie polecamy Eden we Vlorze, szczególnie jeśli szukacie miejsca na dobrą kolację z pięknym widokiem na morze. 🌊❤️ Na pewno chętnie wrócimy! 🇦🇱

Me encantó todo, la comida fue demasiado rica…Enserio les recomiendo el tiramisú también Cenamos y fue sin duda una de nuestras experiencias favoritas en Vlore🌅 Está en la azotea de Valza Boutique Hotel, en Uji i Ftohtë, con unas vistas increíbles de toda la bahía. Llegar antes del atardecer fue todo un acierto tipo 7:00 pm disfrutamos de la cena mientras veíamos cómo cambiaban los colores sobre las montañas y la bahía se iba iluminando. La comida nos encantó, especialmente la combinación de mariscos, sabores locales y cocina mediterránea. El servicio fue muy amable y el ambiente tranquilo y agradable. Un rooftop que merece la pena no solo por las vistas, sino por toda la experiencia, Muy recomendable para una cena al atardecer en Vlore y si volvería ..

Watched an absolute beautiful sunset over the mountain as our starters came out, the waiter was caring and personable. Food was unbelievable and cooked to perfection. For the quality and view this is a must stop in Vlore.

Fuimos a cenar a Eden by Valza durante nuestro viaje por Vlora y la verdad nos encantó la experiencia. Desde que llegamos, el ambiente se sintió súper agradable y relajado, con una vista preciosa al mar y un atardecer que hizo la cena todavía más especial. La comida estaba muy rica, se notaba que los ingredientes eran frescos y todo tenía muy buen sabor. También nos gustó mucho la atención, fueron amables y pendientes de nosotros sin ser invasivos. Para nosotros fue uno de esos lugares donde te dan ganas de quedarte un rato más, tomar algo tranquilo y simplemente disfrutar la vista. Sin duda volveríamos si regresamos a Vlora.

Viemos ao Eden by Valza para jantar e acabamos ficando muito mais tempo do que esperávamos, porque toda a noite foi muito agradável e tranquila. O rooftop tem uma vista linda da Baía de Vlore, e o pôr do sol de lá realmente vale a pena. Chegamos um pouco antes do pôr do sol, tomamos uma bebida primeiro e depois jantamos. A comida estava fresca, bem apresentada e cheia de sabor, com uma boa combinação de pratos mediterrâneos e albaneses. Gostamos especialmente dos frutos do mar e do fato de o menu ter uma proposta moderna sem tentar demais. O serviço foi simpático e atencioso, mas nunca invasivo, o que tornou a noite muito confortável. Para quem procura um bom restaurante em Vlore, especialmente um restaurante rooftop com vista para o mar, eu definitivamente recomendo o Eden. É um ótimo lugar para um jantar romântico, mas também para famílias, amigos ou pequenos grupos que querem aproveitar boa comida em um ambiente bonito. Você também não precisa estar hospedado no Valza Boutique Hotel para vir aqui. Foi um dos jantares mais agradáveis que tivemos em Vlore e um lugar para o qual voltaríamos com prazer.

Echt een aanrader! Eden by Valza Vlore is een prachtig rooftop restaurant met een geweldig uitzicht op zee. Vooral tijdens zonsondergang is de sfeer fantastisch. Het eten was heerlijk en de service erg vriendelijk. Voor mij zeker een van de beste plekken waar je kunt eten in Vlore!

The food is delicious and nicely presented, with Albanian and Mediterranean flavours that suit the setting. If you’re looking for a sea view restaurant in Vlore for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends, this is a place worth trying. Five stars for the food, the people and that beautiful sunset!
